The authors propose a method of consistency check for Chinese word segmentation based on contextual similarity. First, the classification constraints based on word formation, part of speech and dependency syntax are designed by using the features of morphology and syntax. Then, the semantic information of the context in which the inconsistent strings are located is encoded by using pretrained word embeddings, and the inconsistent strings are classified by semantic similarity between contexts. Experimental results show that proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of consistency check for Chinese word segmentation. Further, three mainstream Chinese word segmentation models are used to re-implement in the revised Chinese word segmentation corpus. The result shows that proposed method can effectively improve the quality of Chinese word segmentation corpus, and the F1 scores of three Chinese word segmentation models are improved by 1.18%, 1.25% and 1.04% respectively.

Acta Scientiarum Naturalium Universitatis Pekinensis    2020, 56 (3): 436-448.   DOI: 10.13209/j.0479-8023.2020.028
Abstract784)   HTML    PDF(pc) (12211KB)(387)       Save
LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb isotopic analyses reveal that the granitoid intrusions of Zhongchuan, Baijiazhuang and Jiaochangba in Western Qinling orogeny emplaced at ages of 220±1, 216±6 and 222±6 Ma, respectively, showing that all of them belongs to Middle-Late Triassic granitoid magmatism. Whole rock geochemistry analyses indicate that the primitive mantle-normalized trace element patterns and Chondrite-normalized REE patterns of the rock samples from the three intrusions show significant similarity, for example, depletion in high field strength elements of Nb, Ti and P, and enrichment in LREE. Analyses for zircon Lu-Hf isotopes indicate that the εHf(t) values range from ?3.31 to +1.68 of the three intrusions with the two-stage model ages between 1151 and 1456 Ma. Petrogenetic studies indicate that the granitoid magmas of these Indosinian granitoid intrusions were derived mainly from the partial melting of mesoproterozoic crust material. Combined with the formation age, petrogenesis and tectonic background, these Indosinian intrusions were most likely formed in the collision process between South Qinling orogen and South China Block along Mianlue suture zone, and might be related to the subducted slab break off of South China Block.

Acta Scientiarum Naturalium Universitatis Pekinensis    2018, 54 (4): 907-914.   DOI: 10.13209/j.0479-8023.2018.015
Abstract598)   HTML    PDF(pc) (591KB)(175)       Save

Palladium (II) ion imprinted polymers (IIP) were prepared by precipitation polymerization method using PdCl42– as template, 4-vinylpridine(4-VP), 2-(allylthio)nicotinic acid (ANA), 2-Acetamidoacrylic acid (AAA) as functional monomer, respectively. In the polymerization method, the polymerization mixture included ethylene glycoldimethacrylate (EGDMA, cross-linking monomer), 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN, initiator) and methanol (porogen). The effects of different preparation conditions on the preparation of palladium ion imprinted polymers were investigated by the type of functional monomers, the dosage of functional monomers and crosslinking agents. The optimization results showed that compared with ANA and AAA, 4 -VP could form a stable complex with PdCl42– in the molar ratio of 4:1 with the largest binding constant and the best imprinting effect, which was the best choice for the synthesis of palladium (II) ion imprinted polymer. Furthermore, the adsorption experiment proved the adsorption capacity of 4-VP on its corresponding imprinted polymers in accordance to the ratio of template, functional monomer and cross-linking monomer as 1:4:40 reached a maximum of 5.042 mg/g.

Abstract874)            Save
An aluminum-metallic glass-aluminum sandwich panel was fabricated by explosive welding technique and its property against shaped charge jet penetration was studied experimentally and numerically. Considering the small dimension of the sandwich panel, an experimental scheme was presented for penetration experiment on small specimen (character dimension less than 50 mm); a numerical calculation scheme for simulating the experimental process was developed based on ANSYS/ LS-DYNA. The experimental results indicate that the shaped charge could produce jet with small diameter and good stabilization; wide region petalling is found on the upper surface of the aluminum-metallic glass-aluminum sandwich panel; metallic glass near the jet receives crushing damage, which obstructs the jet penetration; the numerical calculation scheme could simulate the process of penetration effectively; the depth of the penetration, the diameter of the penetration channel and the failure mode obtained by numerical simulation accord with the corresponding experimental results.

Abstract703)            Save
With the concept of resource efficiency and cleaner production, a green extraction process of diosgenin from Dioscorea zingiberensis tubers was proposed. This method contained of excluding starch from raw material and bioconverting the saponins in the residue by Trichoderma reesei. Compared to acid hydrolysis, 98.7% of diosgenin could be extracted from plant tubers through the new process, with 98.0% of starch recovered in the form of sugar. Consequently, 99.4% ofCOD, 100% of SO2-4 and 100% of acid were reduced in processing wastewater. In addition, acid hydrolysis by-products were greatly limited, e.g. two priority pollutants [Bis( 2-ethylhexyl) phthalate and Di-n-butyl phthalate], which are specified by United States Environmental Protection Agency, typically detected in Dioscorea zingiberensis wastewater from conventional acid hydrolysis process, disappeared automatically in the proposed cleaner process.

Abstract858)            Save
A snowstorm event caused by explosive cyclone happened in Liaoning Province in March 3-5, 2007. The cyclone caused heavy snow, strong winds and low visibility, which had large influences onthetraffic, particularly on aviation. The authors analyze the process fromthe large-scale circulation, mobile path and intensity of the cyclone, moisture conditions, cold and warm air, etc. The results show that strong baroclinic wave is the main reason for the development of the explosive cyclone, and that high potential vorticity in the stratosphere promote the development, too. High-and low-level jets, divergence field, vertical movement constitute a strong secondary circulation. The snowstorm in Shenyang is closely related to the movement of cyclones path, water vapor transport and the degree of vertical movement.

Abstract709)            Save
The evolution and structure of two organized meso-α-scale convective systems developed sequentially on the landfall typhoon low during 3-5 August 1996 are simulated successfully using Penn State/NCAR mesoscale model version 5(MM5). The simulated cloud and precipitation are coincident with the satellite and conventional precipitation observations, respectively. Based on the model output, the detail structure and characteristic of MCS are studied, and the air trajectories around these MCSs are also calculated. Finally, a concept model of MCS in landfall typhoon was given out; In mature stage, the mesoscale Low-Level Jets (mLLJs) act as mesoscale disturbances that embedded in the synoptic-scale Low-Level Jets (LLJs) at the low-level. Strong convergence and upward motion occurred on the left-front of the mLLJ. Mesoscale Upper-Level Jets (mULJs) was found in the upper level outflow caused by upward motion. This mULJ can be verified from conventional upper-air soundings. Strong divergence happened in the right-rear of the mULJ in simulation.

Abstract697)            Save
The action of rare earth elements doped in Ag-BaO thin films is discussed, based on the colloidal particles theory and experimental results. It shows that, influenced by the size and shape of Ag nanoparticles, increasing optical absorption and improving transport condition are two ways to enhance the photoemissive current density. With the action of rare earth elements, the Ag particles become smaller and spheroid. As a result, the total surface square of Ag particles increases, the optical absorption increases, the equivalent barrier between a metallic particle and the host semiconductor decreases, and the transport condition improves. So, the rare earth elements can enhance the photoemission of Ag-BaO thin film.

Abstract627)            Save
With the aid of baffle movement, a technique named masking pretreatment and the method of vacuum deposition have been used to fabricate the Ag-O-Cs photoemissive thin films with internal field-assisted structure for the first time. The internal field-assisted photoemission characteristics of Ag-O-Cs thin films show that the photoelectric sensitivity is increased when the internal electric field is applied to the thin films, which indicates that the electric field has been effectively provided to the thin films by the above-mentioned internal field-assisted structure. Such an enhanced photoemission is attributed to the variations in energy-band structure of Ag-O-Cs thin films, and which are considered to induce the lower-energy electrons to participate in the photoemission.

Abstract544)            Save
A novel all-organic complex thin film, tetrathiofulvalene/m-nitrobenzylidene propanedinitrile(TTF/m-NBP), was grown by a vacuum hot-wall deposition. The film was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. It was found that large scale single crystal TTF/m-NBP film can be obtained by this method. Atomic resolution surface images were observed both with atomic force microscope(AFM) and scanning tunneling microscope(STM). High density data storage was realized by applying voltage pulses between the STM tip and the substrate. The diameter of the small recording marks is about 1.2nm. The I-V characteristic analyses showed that the recording mechanism may be mainly due to the charge transfer between the electron donor TTF and the electron acceptor m-NBP molecules induced by the applied pulse voltage.
